DO YOU CRAVE THE SENSATION OF BEING EVER-SO-CLOSE TO PUKING UP AN INTERNAL ORGAN?
Then you're in luck! BBBC is stoked to be bringing you the first London hill climb series, we think, probably, ever. Over six events, on six roads around London – some iconic cycling hotspots, some, naaaaaat so much – we'll be testing your mettle all summer, beginning on 18 July.
A series of hill climbs around London
The aim is to have some fun, yet painful, Tuesday evenings, running week after week through the summer. We will keep track of the standings after each individual race, with a points-based 'overall' ranking. Just like last year. Timing with a couple of iPhone stop watches. Just like last year. We'll be opening this up to riders from other clubs too, so you'll have to bring your A-game if you want to succeed.
It'll cost ya!
Unlike last year, the races are not free. We want to do something charitable for the guys in our sister club, Lunsar Cycling Team, in Sierra Leone, so we're charging a one-off entry fee to the series. Plus, £2 on the line to participate in each event. Owen is also threatening to bake cakes and try to sell them to you.
BUT WHAT'S IN IT FOR ME?
How dare you? This is for charity!
Just kidding, we will devise a dope prize for the overall winner and possibly some prizes on the night too. If you're good.

After one week, the table looks like this. Head to the blog for our week 1 report.
